Performing:
Can be fantastic. Like today, in my lesson. Definitely a morale boost. Hopefully tomorrow will be even more fantastic...Bach audition @ 12:44 (which is not really that important at all) and Utah Light @ 1:50--considerably more important.
Performing: can be frightening--like Threepenny rehearsals. I cannot believe that this show will pull itself (or be pulled, by all of us musical actors/acting musicians) out of the muck into the sunshine. I feel overjoyed when we go a night or two without rehearsing, but horrible upon realizing that we should be living at the Arts Center, rehearsing every spare second we can...
So, my picture of the night is to inspire me to have good performances tomorrow...tada, my recital space @ MSM. It looks moderately pretty, but lots of things were crumbling around the room. Supposedly they're redoing the space, but I wish that they would keep the velvety style and keep it cozy--they'll probably make it cold and ickified. Well, let's hope not.

Pforzheimer Hall.
A una notte pieno di dormire~
