The Adventures of Lowa

So, at about this time last year (I think) I was sitting by Turtle pond in Central Park (my favorite spot in the whole park!) talking to turtles. Yes, I was talking with a turtle. Here I am on the southeast side of Turtle pond, sitting on this rock ledge where many turtles and birds sun themselves. See the turtle on my left? Adorable.
All this gross rainy weather here in IN has made me miss beautiful fall days!

On the bright side, I haven't had rehearsal the past two nights, and it's been an unbelievably easy schedule. I was able to give blood yesterday (YAY!) and I don't even have a bruise from it. Being able to cook nice meals at home must be contributing to my hemoglobin levels, :) I did get a little lightheaded in the middle of choir, however, and while we were recording, I had to sneak off stage and lay down on the floor of Auer Hall. How embarrassing. Ah well. See--it proves that singing is a physical activity!

Ok, I'm off to school. It's my shortest day, (except for Fridays) but I do have Threepenny tonight. I'm almost memorized! Phew. One more thing almost checked-off on my to do list.

Have a great day, all!
